To ensure the integrity of our policies, we ask that clients read and understand the following requirements.
-Cash only.
-If, at any time, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
-A 15-minute grace period will be allotted, if any later, rescheduling will be necessary due to time restraints.
-If you miss your appointment without contacting us, you will be charged for allotted time if you choose to reschedule with O's Fade Co./Great Day Inc.
